本產(chǎn)品是引進(jìn)美國(guó)格爾曼（GEIMAN）專利技術(shù)和設(shè)備制造，生產(chǎn)微孔濾膜筒式濾芯以及配套生產(chǎn)的過(guò)濾器，已廣泛用于醫(yī)藥、化工、電子、飲料（包括啤酒、酒類）和水處理等行業(yè)的過(guò)濾。

生產(chǎn)所用的濾膜及支撐材料均由美國(guó)進(jìn)口，生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的濾芯均經(jīng)18兆歐去離子水沖洗，整體質(zhì)量檢測(cè)，全部過(guò)程都是在10萬(wàn)級(jí)空調(diào)潔凈室內(nèi)進(jìn)行的，由于生產(chǎn)中沒(méi)有加入任何粘合劑，因此不存在老化及產(chǎn)生有害物質(zhì)等問(wèn)題，所以生產(chǎn)出來(lái)的濾芯完全符合美國(guó)藥典二十二版第六節(jié)塑料的生物安全性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。而本廠配套生產(chǎn)的膜過(guò)濾器外殼，所以不銹鋼全部為日本進(jìn)口的N304。

本廠目前已生產(chǎn)的聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）濾芯，聚砜（HE）濾芯，聚丙烯（PP）濾芯；以及醋酸纖維（CN-CA）濾芯，***近又推出尼龍濾芯，精度由0.1µm-60µm供各行業(yè)過(guò)濾選用。

This product is the introduction of American Fogleman (GEIMAN) patent technology and equipment manufacturing, the production of microporous membrane tube type filter element and a filter supporting the production, has been widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, beverages (including beer, wine) and water treatment industries filter.

The factory has the production of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter, polysulfone (HE) filter, polypropylene (PP) filter; and the cellulose acetate (CN-CA) filter, recently launched the nylon filter, precision by 0.1 M-60 m for each industry filter selection.
